One of the biggest challenges for many of us is supporting our backs. When I ask at the beginning of class what people might want to work on, no doubt at least one person mentions their back.
The back and core are intimately connected so if you’re struggling with one aspect, it’s likely that both parts need some assistance.
This week I’ve included a short Low Back Pain practice, to ease pain and develop strength. It’s a simple practice that works deeply. I kept it short so that you can do it in the morning and/or evening.
Be sure to check with your doctor if you have had a recent injury or surgery before performing the practice.
