Staying healthy is not supposed to be hard or expensive. Ancient wisdom once more comes to the rescue.

Here is my favorite Ayurvedic tea that helps with digestion. You can drink it hot or at room temperature, before or after meals, as a day or nighttime treat and it’s easy to make. You can drink it every day. This tea is good for all seasons and all doshas (Ayurvedic Constitution Quiz).

This tea reduces inflammation, is helpful in removing toxins, flushes the urinary tract and stokes our digestive agni (fire.)

Boil some water.

Mix 1 part fennel, 1 part coriander seed, and 1 part cumin.

Personally, I make a large batch and keep it in a jar in the kitchen.

Pour Boiling water over the spices. Let steep for 5-10 minutes. Strain.

You can reuse the spices depending how strong you like your tea.
