There are two things I like to do in the summer to stay cool. The first is to stay in or be near water-fresh, salt, it doesn’t matter. Cool water soothes my soul and my body.
The second thing is to use coconut oil for my abhyanga or self-massage. Coconut oil is cooling and it smells incredibly amazing. It can be used anywhere on the body inside and out.
Be sure to get organic oil. I keep a jar in the kitchen and one in my bathroom.
Do long stroke from hands and feet towards the heart. Move in a circular motion around. in no time you’ll feel the affects. It all amazing.
